To deliver Tectonic Agents we rely on a small set of third-party subprocessors. Each processes only the data needed for its function, under its own security and data-protection commitments. Hosting provider name is editable in Admin → Settings → Legal identity.
| Subprocessor | Purpose | Data shared |
|---|---|---|
| Anthropic | LLM inference for agent reasoning (Claude models), when used | Prompt content you or your agents generate; task context needed for a turn. |
| OpenAI | LLM inference for agent reasoning (GPT models), when used | Prompt content and task context when a task is routed to an OpenAI model. |
| Stripe | Subscription billing & payment processing | Billing email, plan, and payment metadata. Card data is handled by Stripe. |
| Hosting / infrastructure provider (set in Admin → Settings) | Compute, network, and storage for control-plane, tenant runtimes, and database | Service data at rest and in transit within tenant isolation boundaries. |
| Discord | Optional community / bot connectivity you configure | Message and guild context your bot is authorized to receive. |
If you use a provider key under product rules, inference requests go to that provider under your account. Keys are intended to be envelope-encrypted at rest and not displayed back in full.
We will update this page when we add or replace a material subprocessor. Check back here, or contact support for a current copy.
