These terms govern your access to and use of Tectonic Agents. By creating an account or deploying agents, you agree to them. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing on its behalf.

Tectonic Agents.
Tectonic Agents provides Hermes-powered AI agents that connect to systems you authorize (for example Discord and game-server panels) to observe, propose, and act within limits you configure via trust tiers and related controls.
You are responsible for the servers, bots, and provider keys you connect, and for the actions you authorize your agents to take on those systems.
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and any members you invite.
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. Do not use the service if you are prohibited from receiving it under applicable law.
Paid plans are billed through Stripe according to the plan you select. Plans may include credit or action caps and pay-as-you-go hard-stops intended to limit runaway spend; you remain responsible for usage you authorize.
Where offered, you may use managed credits or a provider key under product rules. You can cancel according to the billing UI; access typically continues through the end of the current paid period unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Do not use the service to violate the law, infringe others’ rights, or abuse the platforms you connect (Discord, game panels, model providers). Agent actions must comply with the terms of the systems they operate on.

We design the product around per-tenant isolation. We do not sell your personal data. Provider keys and bot tokens are intended to be envelope-encrypted and not displayed back in full. See the Privacy Policy for details.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Automated agents can make mistakes; you retain control via trust tiers, approvals, and configuration. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of these terms is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the three months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Governing law will be stated once the operator sets legal_governing_law in Admin → Settings (e.g. the laws of your state/country of residence).
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-product, by email when we have a working address for you, or by updating the “Last updated” date on this page. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
